Day 1 Pilanesberg National Park South Africa
We depart early in the morning from Joburg or Pretoria travelling north west. Pilanesberg covers an area of 50 000 hectares or 500 km square. This unique area is encircled by four rings of hills, a geologically fascinating alkaline complex(one of the largest of its kind in the world ) which was produced by volcanic action some 1 200 years ago.
Our safari start the moment we enter the park. We search for the animals till late afternoon when we board our open vehicles to enjoy a late afternoon / night drive before we return to camp for dinner We enjoy dinner under the African stars. (Dinner included)
Lodge accommodation: Comfortable and clean with own private bathroom Camping: Overnight in Camp site, we provide tents, mattresses and can arrange sleeping bags
Day 2 Madikwe National Park South Africa
The day starts with a early morning game drive which is the best time of the day to find Cats - our route takes us on all 4x4 roads stopping @ waterholes & hides. After breakfast we continue our day by driving on the best routes in search of the animals we have not yet found Mid morning we leave Pilanesberg behind and travel towards Madikwe Game Reserve to check into our lodge in time for lunch We board our 4x4 jeeps late afternoon and set off again searching for the animals. As it becomes dusk we take the spot lights out and use them in our search for the nocturnal animals We are greeted by the smell of dinner when we return @ camp (Breakfast Lunch & Dinner included)
Day 3 Madikwe National Park South Africa
Yet another day in Paradise as the sounds of earl morning birds awake us to coffee before we set off on safari. The end of our morning game drive session greets us with a delightful breakfast awaiting us on our return @ lodge. Goodbuys are always hard but we have to start our return journey to Joburg/Pretoria (Breakfast included)
